They charged my mother (75) for a new system, then only added a few points in addition to the ones she had from a prior company. She wrote a check for a full year of monitoring, and they 1) changed the amount on the check, and 2) then tried to hit her account for monthly fees.

She is in her third and final year of contract, they sent the renewal invoice a month late, then held her check marked Final Payment and sent her another invoice with late fees and finance charges.

She calls and gets the run around, sent to various departments and is told to leave a message, but no return call is ever made to her. This company should be ashamed of how they treat the elderly.
