Scamming the Elderly

My Dad signed up for their service. He was 80 years old at the time he signed up and was not explained he signed up for a 60 month contract. He has recently passed away and the Company states we can't cancel the contract even though my Dad has died. They state they won't cancel even after his property is sold too. This is beyond stupid.

After reading all the negative reviews I feel I was a victim of elderly abuse. I did not know about a 5 yr contract or their reputation as apparently being so greedy and abusive to the elderly, beware. My bill is now 1263.02. I rate them as less than zero "0"

Bad service

Called to get installed,came with no cameras, o window stickers,yard sighs,said he would be back next day never came,call they said it was more money for cameras,all so no paper for insurance drop in price,so called and cancelled service with in 3 days,they said they were keeping my 44 bucks I pay per month,have not heard from them a obout getting alarm removed.do not use company,very rude!!!!!!!¡

Issues from the beginning, isssues for cansoling services , issues to remove equipment, i had to remove it and send it back. Xavier was the guy i delt with. Would not respond to telephone calls , texted messages when i wanted the equipment removed. Do i need to say anymore about this company. I dont know how they stay in business. This company left a bad taste in my mouth. Beware of people that come to your door that represent this company..

I was coming home from work, not home yet, and a slick looking young man ignored our “no Soliciting “ sign. My wife , who is also elderly, answered the door, then was told that they were just updating our old security system. After entering and looking at our equipment for a while said that they were separating from the original company that we were with for the past 10 years, and coming to the end of our contract, and would do it cheaper. My wife was confused and agreed to some terms, . They said they would handle all the paperwork. Big mistake. Now that we have seen the poor service and the bad taste in our mouths of the deceptions, we anted to cancel it all together. The manager called me back and said “ basically too bad. How do I get out of this contract, without paying a large fine?

Not working product from beginning.

I bought a system under the name of Safe Home Security on February 18 2018.System stopped working 3 days after installation.I made numerous calls and wrote a letter which was returned.I also did a chat with them. I gave up on them signed with another company.I don't any money back i just out of the contract.I am carefully monitoring my contract expiration date to cancel if i can't cancel before that time. Nightmare experience

This company is a rip off they are liars and cheaters trying to take retired peoples money. I do not recommend them they are still trying to rip me off and I don’t even live at the same address!! Beware I’m going to hand it over to my attorney !

Working with SHS (Isiah ext 1149) Need to mod or cancel a new contract

Contract is OK, however, extending another 60 months is not fair. I need to mod or cancel new contract. I have not signed it yet and have canceled the credit card used for billing. Please help.

As a professional business, I would think that informing your customers of this change should be a priority. I will continue to be a customer because I really have any complaints but this one. HARASSING RUDE CALLS

We have told them numerous times to remove us from their list, and they refuse. Harrison from Safeguard, rudely replies, "Nope, I am going to keep calling!" and then he hangs up. Isn't there a law on this type of harassment??

i was soliceted by this security company last night, late, even as we are a NO SOLICITING COMUNITY. I was weary, confused, hungry, and had worked all day for an Alzheimer's client which makes you crazy. I agreed to this "system " to get rid of the guy. everything in this agreement, is alie, and different from what he told me. please, do not use this company. now, i will make a report to the Dept of Justice, for preying on the elderly.

I have had the same bad experience with this company!! someone needs to investigate them! They are definitely a scam, misrepresenting their service to the elderly and not providing any customer service when contacted.

Another dishonest company

I've been with the company since 2012, tried to cancel in Feb. 2019, but they will charge me until September 2019. Supposedly an electronic signature, which I never do on line. So even if they didn't monitor me, even if I don't owe for equipment, they will still charge $45 a month. And the customer service had no incentive to help, just to argue. Honor is no longer an American virtue.
