The technician did not finished installing all the equipment. It has been over one month already.

Customer service always tells me that a technician will call me in less than 48 hours but they never do. The worrying part is that my phone is connected to 3 cameras that are in someone else's house. This is an untrustworthy company who only wants your money without the service. My technician is Nathaniel Moore from New Jersey.

The office registered in my contract is in Cromwell, CT.
